Girls Are Emotional :-)

As women, we are automatically labeled emotional, who really cares lol, I actually own being called emotional. Science states that everything that exists is vibrating and doing so at certain frequencies. Emotions are on a spectrum from lowest to highest energetic vibrating frequency. Shame, fear, and anger are at the lower end of the spectrum while love, gratitude, and joy are highest.  Emotions are truly our compass to where we are in a particular moment and where we desire to go. Therefore, being in-tune with your emotions is critical to our well-being, when we can properly assess them.

Not to get too much into neuroscience (my jam) but emotions are stored in the body as memories and are associated with past events while the brain is more of our storage container and processor of information and thoughts. Knowing the above, a quick way to hack your mood is to feel elevated emotions such as joy and excitement. I personally have a joy list in my phone of everything that brings me happiness and joy. This list can be extremely simple, 4 things on my list are music, oranges, walking in nature, and jewelry. I review this list to quickly shift from a lower emotion to an instant action plan to lead to a shift to joy and excitement.

Jewelry for me is something that brings me joy because it is a conduit of self-expression and prettifying myself. It truly is a vector of attraction that brings specific outcomes into my life set by my intention and mood in which I chose the pieces I wore for the day, it truly is magical for me. When we curate collections it is always with a mood in mind for our customers. Some pieces represent a fierce bad-ass mood, others may represent a classy reserved mood, and alternately there’s jewelry for the chill vibe mood. This is balance. Emotions determine your mood so be sure to be intentional and consciously choose  how you feel and accessorize accordingly.
