Our supportive and dedicated staff members work around the clock to ensure that all of your designer and custom crafted jewelry are top quality and are of your satisfaction.
Custom Jewelry Policy:
If you purchase a custom nameplate or engraved bracelet we are unable to offer a refund or exchange unless we are at fault. In the instance that Very Last Detail is at fault we will gladly correct the issue and send you a replacement piece or refund for your entire purchase.
Since all handcrafted and personalized necklaces are uniquely designed to an individual’s specifications, these pieces normally cannot be sold to other clients if returned. It is therefore imperative that you ensure all details are correct before finalizing your order. Make sure that the spelling of names are correct as well as the color, dimensions, and any other details regarding your order.
All other products return policy:
If you are not satisfied with your item(s) you may return your purchase within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. We are unable to honor returns or exchanges after 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, all complimentary cases/dustbags, and all tags must be attached. If items appear to not be in original form we will send the items back to you or deduct a 30% fee. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied via your original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying for the associated shipping costs for returning your item if Very Last Detail is not at fault.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.
